Candidates will address Democratic group
Conor Lamb of Mt. Lebanon, the Democratic candidate for the 18th Congressional District special election March 13, will be among those speaking at a meeting of the Washington County Democrats at 2 p.m. Saturday in Citizens Library, 55 S. College St., Washington. Lamb’s opponent is state Rep. Rick Saccone, a Republican from Elizabeth Township.
Also addressing the group will be John Fetterman and Aryanna Berringer, who are seeking the Democratic nomination for lieutenant governor; attorneys Joseph Zupancic and Clark Mitchell Jr. and former Washington mayor Brenda Davis, who are vying for Sunday’s Democratic Committee nomination to run in the May 15 special election in the 48th Legislative District; and Rueben Brock, Democratic candidate for the 46th Legislative District seat now held by state Rep. Jason Ortitay, a Republican.
