CUMBERLAND
Two charged: Shawn Philp, 44, of 411 W. South St., Carmichaels, and Anita L. Workman, 50, of 354 W. High St., Waynesburg, were each charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute at Philp’s Cumberland Township residence at 11 p.m. Saturday. During an argument, Cumberland police said, Workman threw an ash tray at Philp, hitting him on the knee. Philp then allegedly threw the ash tray back at Workman, striking her on the wrist, police said.
