CANONSBURG
Warrant arrest: Aubrey O’Dell McDaniels, 55, of Canonsburg, was taken into custody Monday by Canonsburg police after he allegedly created a disturbance in a parking lot on Cavasina Drive. Police were called earlier to his estranged wife’s home on McEwen Avenue after he allegedly broke a basement window. Police will charge him with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant issued in September by a Centre County judge.
CARROLL
Woman charged: Michelle Renee Rose, 49, of 584 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats over allegations she threatened to strike and kill a Mon Valley Hospital emergency physician about 2 p.m. Friday, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charge by summons Monday.
HANOVER
Charged in crash: William Harry Andrews Jr., 35, of 93 Bell Ave., Burgettstown, was charged last week by Hanover police with unsworn falsification, driving under the influence of alcohol, damage to unattended property, having an open container of alcohol and traffic violations in connection with a Jan. 6 crash at Bavington Road and Steubenville Pike. Andrews allegedly left the scene and was found at a nearby bar. Police said his blood-alcohol content was more than 2 1/2 times the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed. Samantha Trussel, 24, of 78 Point Pleasant Road, Bulger, was charged with unsworn falsification by township police after she allegedly lied about driving the vehicle. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Theft, receiving charges: Justin D. Slider, 30, of Follansbee, W.Va., was charged last week by Hanover police with access device fraud, receiving stolen property and theft after he allegedly used a fuel card owned by Starck Van Lines, 12 Starck Drive, to make $396.08 in unauthorized purchases between August and Jan. 7. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Drug charges: Justin R. Dudley, 37, of Hancock, W.Va., was charged last week by state police with possession of heroin and suboxone, stemming from an Aug. 19 traffic stop at Steubenville Pike and Knowlton Hill Road in Hanover. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
ROBINSON
DUI, traffic charges: Michele M. Dodds, 48, of 410 Valley St., McDonald, was charged last week by McDonald police with driving under the influence of alcohol, damage to unattended vehicles, and careless and reckless driving in connection with a Jan. 15 crash on Valley Road in Robinson. She is accused of crashing her vehicle into parked vehicles. Dodds allegedly refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Traci McDonald.

Drug case: Seth Joseph Grooms, 39, of 1020 Boulder Drive, California Borough, is charged by state police with possessing 20 stamp bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia during a June 7 traffic stop on Maple Drive, near Interstate 70, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Monday by summons.
WASHINGTON
Welfare fraud alleged: Kayla Marie Martin, 25, of 432 Old Pike Street, Canonsburg, was charged this week by the state office of inspector general with welfare fraud after she allegedly failed to report the income of her boyfriend and father of her children when they lived together on Sherman Avenue in Washington from May 2013 through Nov. 3. She reportedly received $8.538.18 in medical assistance and $2,270 in food assistance that she was not eligible to collect. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Theft, disorderly charges: Christian Panyko, 40, of 250 Meadows Drive, Washington, was charged this week by Washington police with felony retail theft and disorderly conduct after he allegedly stole items from Shop ‘n Save, 125 W. Beau St., last month. Panyko reportedly was loading items into a vehicle and fled when he was confronted by store security. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Theft, burglary charges: Amy Jo Cole, 41, of 229 Cortez Drive, Canton Township, was charged this week by Washington police with burglary and theft. She is accused of entering a break room at Washington Hospital without permission Jan. 2 and stealing a North Strabane Township woman’s Michael Kors coat, boots and keys to her vehicle and home. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Assault charges: Mike Rozanc, 33, of 228 Smithfield St., Canonsburg, was charged this week by Washington police with aggravated and simple assault for allegedly assaulting another man at the 50-Yard Line bar, Henderson Avenue, last month. Police said the victim was taken to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. Brandon Allen, 28, of Washington, was charged earlier this month in the assault. The charges against Rozanc were filed at the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Bike tool stolen: David Spino of 225 S. College St. told Washington police Monday his bike multi-tool was stolen from his bicycle.
Cellphone stolen: Treyvonna Hoberek of 350 Grove Ave. told Washington police Monday her cellphone was stolen.
