COKEBURG
Woman charged: Christine Irene Carnes, 40, of 143 Main St., Bentleyville, is charged by state police with simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, court records show. Police accuse Carnes of grabbing a 12-year-old girl and pushing her to the ground about 10:30 p.m. June 30 in Cokeburg Park, 171 Lincoln St. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Curtis Thompson.
MONESSEN
Threat alleged: Joy M. Hydo, 66, of 12 Anderson Court, Monessen, is charged by city police with making terroristic threats over allegations she telephoned a woman at her Greensburg workplace and made an indirect threat of harm to her, court records show. The charge was issued by summons Friday from district court in Monessen.
North bETHLEHEM
Animal abuse alleged: Michael Joseph Budzanoski, 40, of 142 Piersol Ave., North Bethlehem Township, is charged by state police with cruelty to an animal and neglect of an animal, court records show. He is accused of leaving a pit bull puppy in a hot garage at his residence without food and water for about a week last month. The dog was discovered about 9:30 a.m. June 30. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Curtis Thompson.

Man charged: Robert William Parker II, 33, of 64 Vesta Four Road, California, is charged by township police with illegal possession of a dose of Clonazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident about 5 p.m. June 28 at 100 Sara Way, court records show. Police filed the charges Friday before district court in Monessen.
