BURGETTSTOWN

Crash reported: No serious injuries were reported in a crash just after noon Monday in the 1200 block of Main Street, Burgettstown. McDonald police said the initial report was one person was trapped in a vehicle. A tri-axle truck driven by Major McDonald, 62, of Wellsville, Ohio, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Frank Dellaria, 65, of 1212 Main St., Burgettstown. Dellaria struck his head on the headliner of his vehicle during the crash, police said.

CHARLEROI

Restaurant cited: The operator of Four Points BBQ and Brewing, 308 Fourth St., Charleroi, was recently cited by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for selling an alcoholic beverage to a 19-year-old person June 13.

DONORA

Assault arrest: Antwane Lamar Cunningham, 25, of 972 Thompson Ave., Donora, was arrested Friday night by Donora police on charges of simple assault harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he allegedly assaulted a 30-year-old Donora man on the steps of the police station, 601 Meldon Ave. Police at the station saw Cunningham chase the man on surveillance and intervened. Cunningham was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

WASHINGTON

Officer assaulted: Tracy Ann Rosensteel, 46, of Monaca, Beaver County, was arrested about noon Saturday by Washington police on charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol. Police were called to the Family Dollar, 710 Jefferson Ave., for a report of a woman passed out in the driver’s seat of a car. She reportedly admitted to drinking. She refused to get out of the car. When they got to the police station, she refused to get out of the cruiser. While she was being removed from the cruiser, she allegedly kicked an officer several times in the legs. Rosensteel also refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test. She was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in Washington Countyjail on $25,000 bond.
