Police: Canonsburg man exposed himself to teen, woman at North Strabane park
A Canonsburg man was jailed for allegedly soliciting sex from a 15-year-old and a woman Thursday evening in North Strabane Township Park.
Samuel Robert Bruno III, 22, of 807 First St., allegedly was walking in the park about 8 p.m. when he exposed himself to a 15-year-old juvenile who was with an adult woman with an intellectual disability, according to police.
Bruno allegedly told the juvenile, “You could have all of this,” the criminal complaint said.
Police said that later, Bruno, the juvenile and the woman were all at the McClelland Pavilion, when he pulled his pants down, exposed himself and solicited both of them for sex, the complaint said.
When police interviewed Bruno, he allegedly told them that he knew the juvenile was only 15, the complaint said, and he was soliciting sex only from the adult woman. Police said Bruno also admitted to being under the influence of Xanax that night.
Bruno was charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, open lewdness and two counts of indecent exposure. He was arraigned early Monday morning and jailed on $100,000 bond.
