Court cases

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Danny Alan Lutz, 53, 110 Chess St., Apt. 412, New Eagle; unsworn falsification to authorities, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest; charged Oct. 2 and Feb. 25; sentence – two years of probation.

Carl Eugene Wright, 46, 134 Robinson Ave., Clarksville; accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property and violation of duty to give information or render aid; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, $100 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Mark E. Torrey Jr., 22, 236 Chess St., Monongahela; simple assault and access device fraud; charged Sept. 11 and March 25; sentence – three months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Brett Tylor Bernacki, 20, 6004 Stonecreek Lane, Washington; simple assault and criminal mischief; charged March 16; sentence – two years of probation, $100 fine and restitution.

William J. Moehring, 62, 758 Route 519, Eighty Four; simple assault and harassment; charged Oct. 4; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days of probation and no contact with the victims.

Marrie Poling, 37, 209 First St., Bentleyville; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 11, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and three months on electronic home monitoring.

Kayla Marie Navrat, 27, 139 Lanik Road, Bentleyville; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 14; sentence – $300 fine.

Cheryl M. Livolsi, 54, 535 E. Third Ave., Tarentum; defiant trespass and retail theft; charged Nov. 3; sentence – $600 fine.

Robert Lee Prinkey, 56, 337 Washington Ave., Charleroi; forgery, simple possession and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 8, Nov. 19 and Feb. 24; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 24 months of probation.

Leigh Ann Cecchine, 43, 450 E. Prospect Ave., Washington; driving with a suspended license and two counts of retail theft; charged Feb. 6 and March 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $200 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, restitution, 60 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s and Target.

Glenn Alan Flory Jr., 30, 6 Maple Alley, Marianna; burglary; charged Feb. 5; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim and Penn Station Subs.

Mac J. Molek, 38, 2 Young St., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Marissa Marie Gillard, 26, 144 Coal Bluff Road, Finleyville; simple assault and public drunkenness; charged March 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine and no contact with the victims and Sheetz.

Charles Ray Thurmond Jr., 38, 135 Union St., Lot 13, New Eagle; disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine and no contact with the victim.

Roger Dale Williams II, 31, 310 Ferguson Cove Loop, Clyde, N.C.; simple assault; charged March 14; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Nicholas Michael Palmer, 20, 204 Minor St., Greensboro; retail theft; charged Feb. 27; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Jeffrey Allen Sickles, 36, 468 Fourth St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 14, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Johnny Lee Seese, 39, 228 Orchard Ave., Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged March 6, 2017; sentence – $150 fine.

Iesha Ena Hackett, 40, 344 Locust Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; driving with a suspended license and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Ziad Ahmed Amer, 22, 6374 Austine St., Rego Park, N.Y.; two counts of forgery; charged Nov. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nick Robert Heirendt, 31, 1000 Spring St., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Michael Joseph Worstell, 47, 730 Kerr St., Floor 1, Pittsburgh; two counts of simple assault; charged Jan. 14; sentence – 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Kathleen Conn, 31, 949 Arch St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and promotion of prostitution; charged March 28; sentence – 24 months of probation.

James M. Elliott, 55, 236 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; criminal trespass; charged March 20; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

Zoe King Tuff, 46, 194 E. Katherine Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.

James Russel Barlow Jr., 21, 1835 N. Main St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and purchase of alcohol by a minor; charged Nov. 24, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, $150 fine and 25 hours of community service.

Kimberly Strawn, 46, 705 Broad St., Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 23, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and three months on electronic home monitoring.

Michael Jonathan Devers, 26, 2105 Rankintown Road, Finleyville; simple assault; charged April 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert Dupain, 20, 275 Log Cabin Road, Burgettstown; escape; charged April 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brandon James Champe, 21, 510 Interest Lane, Washington; three counts of criminal mischief; charged Nov. 13 and 14; sentence – 36 months of probation and restitution.

Francis Joseph Abate IV, 32, 339 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh; driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest; charged July 14, 2017; sentence – 90 days in jail, 18 months of probation, $500 fine and 100 hours of community service.

Shawn Douglas Zombeck, 39, 336 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; harassment; charged Oct. 22; sentence – $300 fine.

Drew Divelbliss, 30, 239 E. Edgewood Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Jovantai Jiviah Graham, 25, 722 Champion Drive, Houston; simple assault; charged Dec. 16; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, 250 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Christopher Michael Dolan, 32, 664 Western Ave., Canonsburg; simple assault; charged Aug. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Tyrone Keith Allen Jr., 29, 4838 Mossfield Court, Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged July 3, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Melinda L. Headlee, 45, 916 Oak St., Marianna; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 4, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Vincent Rudolph Lanza, 26, 218 Peters St., Duquesne; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 7; sentence – three years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Giant Eagle.

Dina Marie Lucas, 39, 705 Broad St., Washington; forgery and theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 17; sentence – five days to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

James Trussell, 35, 449 Ewing St., Washington; strangulation, simple assault and resisting arrest; charged March 1; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Christian Spencer, 20, 592 Fayette St., Washington; theft; charged Dec. 1; sentence – five years of probation, $100 fine and 50 hours of community service.

James Robert Hixenhaugh III, 32, 2450 Brush Run Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Jerry Russell Scott III, 37, 828 Governors Circle, Washington; harassment; charged April 15, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Daniel David Fuller, 43, 19402 Nyack Court, Cleveland, Ohio; simple assault and endangering the welfare of children; charged Jan. 1, 2009; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, three years of probation and no contact with the victims.

Jonathan Joseph Granato, 24, 325 Phillips St., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 2, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Terrence Michael Boyd, 31, 12 S. Wade Ave., Front Apt., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged June 10, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Nathan R. Oliverio, 32, 655 Manifold Road, Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged April 2, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Mary Matz, 34, 436 Mount Taylor Road, Coal Center; careless driving; charged Feb. 1, 2016; sentence – $500 fine.

David Allen Kelley Jr., 19, 95 South St., Brownsville; theft by deception; charged Aug. 8, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Jesse Andrew Czapski, 36, 205 Jefferson St., Apt. 1, Midway; receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 17, 2015; sentence – five to 18 months in jail, restitution, 250 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Louis John Spadaro, 42, 640 Allison Hollow Road, Washington; disorderly conduct and three counts of harassment; charged March 1, 2017; sentence – $1,200 fine.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Rebecca Grace Moore, 18, 336 S. Central Ave., Canonsburg; Brooke Sierra Williams, 21, 64 Run St., Slovan; Chauncey Hackett, 21, 802 Hiland Ave., Coraopolis; and Joseph F. McNeil, 53, 55 Brehm Road, Washington.
