Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Cindy Lee Pagac, 58, 300 Wilson Ave., Brownsville; four counts of retail theft; charged Nov. 16, 17 and 18; sentence – 36 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Michael Ryan Morgan, 34, 2047 Sandy Plains Road, Clarksville; simple possession; charged Nov. 5; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Stacie L. Milostan, 42, 811 Wood St., Richeyville; three counts of retail theft; charged Nov. 11, 14 and 17; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Mark E. Torrey, 22, 236 Chess St., Apt. 1, Monongahela; retail theft; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits stores.

Tammy Trail, 48, 515 Sixth St., Charleroi; two counts of retail theft; charged Nov. 20 and Dec. 22; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Dollar General.

Dorian Matthew Harris, 29, 929 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Rite-Aid.

Lisa Marie Lees, 48, 716 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; theft; charged Dec. 2; sentence – six months of probation.

Jason Quail, 43, 14B Evergreen Road, Daisytown; criminal trespass and theft; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Corey Daquan Thacker, 23, 333 E. Grant St., Houston; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Jan. 21, 2017; sentence – time served to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.

Russell Lynch, 39, 8 Berry St., Burgettstown; disorderly conduct; charged July 10; sentence – $300 fine.

Jessica Post, 35, 128 Hall Ave., Apt. 2, Washington; theft and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Aug. 6, 2014; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with ROC Services.

Eric J. Santiago, 29, 400 Donner Ave., Monessen; simple assault; charged Sept. 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim.

Robert Thorpe, 49, 524 McKean Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Aug. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Rite-Aid.

Clarence A. Lancaster, 63, 54 Temperance Way, Apt. 5, California; disorderly conduct; charged May 25, 2017; sentence – $100 fine.

Dustin A. Terrant, 19, 783 E. Main St., Apt. 3, Monongahela; theft by deception; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Zachary Scott Harris, 33, 96 Frick St., Brownsville; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 31, 2014; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.

Matthew B. Daniels, 42, 647 Neel St., West Mifflin; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 8; sentence – $100 fine.

Thomas Edwin Turner, 41, 903 Third Ave., Elizabeth; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 8; sentence – $300 fine.

Ryder James Lewis, 19, 520 Pinehurst St., North Versailles; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 23; sentence – $300 fine.

Dorien Franklin, 24, 7216 Everton St., Pittsburgh; retail theft and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged June 17, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with The Children’s Place and Tanger Outlets.

James R. Kline, 28, 19 Millsboro Ave., Millsboro; receiving stolen property; charged July 10; sentence – six months in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victims.

Kenneth Leon Rucker, 60, 435 Cross St., Brownsville; operating vehicle without ignition interlock; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Jared Michael Konsugar, 29, 419 Mildred Road, Belle Vernon; simple possession; charged Dec. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Eric Christopher Humbert, 26, 855 Meldon Ave., Donora; simple possession and cruelty to animals; charged Nov. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and no contact with Donner Park, Donora.

J.R. Harris, 30, 212 Old West Road, Bentleyville; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 4, 2016, and June 17; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Alexis Anne Marchando, 19, 201 Skyline Drive, California; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 9; sentence – $100 fine.

Lamont Cooper, 39, 908 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 7; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Christian R. Panyko, 40, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; retail theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Dec. 23 and Feb. 12; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.

Patrick Joseph O’Reilly, 26, 24 W. Pike St., Apt. 1A, Canonsburg; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Feb. 26; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Nathaniel Lee Namit, 19, 115 Parker St., Houston; possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 20; sentence – 72 hours in jail, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 100 hours of community service.

Robert Guy Beltz, 50, 2523 Milford Drive, Bethel Park; possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility; charged Aug. 20, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

Jonathan T. Waltrowski, 21, 6141 Brownsville Road Extension, Finleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Charles Ray Thurmond Jr., 38, 509 Jackson St., Monongahela; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license; charged May 17, 2017; sentence – 180 days to 23 months in jail, $500 fine and no contact with the victim.
