WAYNESBURG

Disorderly conduct: Joshua Allen Seeholzer, 28, of 78 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident Wednesday after the Greene County Sheriff’s Office received a report from Kimberly Furmanek that her child’s father, Seeholzer, was threatening to break the windows of her car while it was parked near South Church Street in Waynesburg. Seeholzer told police he wanted to use the car for a job interview, though Furmanek did not give him permission to use it, the criminal complaint states. Seeholzer was ordered to leave the courthouse, but yelled at Furmanek and the officer as he walked away, before continuing to shout obscenities on East High Street in front of the courthouse.
