Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Fantina Devenia Rawls, 39, 806 Crest Ave., Charleroi; conspiracy to commit robbery; charged Aug. 7; sentence – eight months in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program and 12 months on electronic home monitoring.

James Paul Frameli, 30, 2816 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 3, Washington; driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and three counts of simple assault; charged April 30, 2017; sentence – 60 days to six months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 90 days of probation, $1,075 fine, restitution and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Diane Renee Efaw, 53, 422 E. Lori Lee Pidich, 46, 24 Crescent Drive, Monessen; retail theft, robbery and recklessly endangering another person; charged Nov. 8, 2016, and April 22, 2017; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail, four years of probation, restitution, 75 hours of community service and no contact with the victims, 7-Eleven and Macy’s.
Ethan Jaylee Hicks, 19, 107 Wallula Ave., Butler; simple assault, theft and possession with intent to deliver; charged Jan. 1, 2017; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for various first offenses and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
