Flash flood watch issued for area

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a flash flood watch for much of Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Washington, Greene, Allegheny and Westmoreland counties, until 10:45 p.m. Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible. Flash flooding of urban areas, small streams and roads may result. Landslides are also a concern.
