Assault, harassment charges: Eric John Miller, 47, of 112 Fourth Street, Jefferson, was charged Tuesday with simple assault and harassment. Waynesburg Borough police were dispatched to 104 W. High St. Thursday for a report of a domestic disturbance. Miller’s estranged wife reportedly told police that Miller hit her in the face during a supervised visit with their daughter.
