Assault, harassment charges: Travis D. McCord, 32, of 40 Granview Drive, Waynesburg, was charged Wednesday with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. When state police arrived at his home just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, they said they could hear him arguing with someone inside the home and could see him struggling with a woman later identified as Danielle Lynn Ealy. McCord did not listen when police ordered him to stop, resulting in the use of a Taser so he could be detained, police said. Ealy reportedly told police McCord picked her up and threw her to the ground. She had injuries on her lip and face. The inside of the home was in disarray, including a broken window, holes punched in walls and broken items throughout the apartment, according to the complaint.
