AMWELL
Forgery arrest: Dina Marie Lucas, 38, of 225 Laurie Lane, Amwell, was charged by state police with forgery, theft and receiving stolen property. She is accused of stealing a neighbor’s wallet Feb. 17 and cashing a check that had been in it for $200. She was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on a $10,000 percentage bond.
CALIFORNIA
False reports arrest: Roxanne Childers, 35, of 315 Knob Road, Brownsville, was arrested Monday by California police on a charge of false reports to law enforcement. She told police she was assaulted by her boyfriend, claiming he hit her head on the wall of a home on Bolder Avenue. She then reportedly told police she had lied about the incident. Childers was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Kanalis and placed in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.
Mischief, disorderly charge: Eric Vincent Fairman, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged Tuesday by California police with criminal mischief, conspiracy and disorderly conduct. He and a few friends allegedly kicked in the back door of the Hockey House, 137 Union St., Feb. 11. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
CHARLEROI
Strangulation, theft arrest: Emmanuel Krakue, 30, of 920 McKean Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Monday night by Charleroi Regional police on charges of strangulation, theft, simple assault and harassment. He is accused of choking his 30-year-old girlfriend and then stealing her cellphone. Krakue was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.
NORTH FRANKLIN
Charged in stop: Eric Lee Singleterry, 29, of Edinburg, Texas, was arrested Tuesday by North Franklin police on a warrant in connection with a traffic stop early Monday after he was seen driving east on West Chestnut Street at a high speed. Police said he had an open can of cold beer in his vehicle. Singleterry, who refused to submit to a blood alcohol test, was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, having an open container of alcohol, criminal mischief and traffic violations. He was placed in Washington County jail on $1,000 bond.
SOUTH STRABANE
Trespass arrest: Dawn Renea Hambrick, 40, of Comanche, Okla., was arrested Tuesday morning by South Strabane police on charges of defiant trespass and false identification to police. Police were called to The Courtyard by Marriott, 1800 Tanger Boulevard, for a woman looking into vehicles parked in the lot. She was asked to leave, but was later found in an unlocked van owned by the motel. Hambrick also reportedly gave police a false name. She was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Two taken into custody: Jeremy Fullum, 33, and Jessica McLaughlin, 40, both of Washington, were taken into custody by South Strabane police Monday at the Motel 6, Motel 6 Drive. Fonner was placed in Washington County jail on a state parole violation. McLaughlin was placed in jail on an adult probation violation. Police found Fullum with suspected heroin and McLaughlin with paraphernalia. They plan to file charges against them by summons.
WASHINGTON
Driving stolen vehicle: Aaron N. Rawls Jr., 36, of Duquesne, was arrested Monday by Washington police after he was reportedly spotted on Jefferson Avenue driving a 2018 Ford Escape that had been reported stolen in Pittsburgh. His license also was suspended. Rawls was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license. He was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
