CUMBERLAND

Trespassing alleged: Joseph Andrew Brownlee, 29, of 99 Bliss Ave., Nemacolin, was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing and harassment after Cumberland Township police said he went to the Jacobs Ferry Road home of Mary Strope, who is fostering the child of Brownlee and his girlfriend, Arielle Jolly. Police said Brownlee got out of a vehicle, looked around and left, along with talking with a foster child earlier in the day Friday. Strope told police she had seen Jolly and Brownlee drive by the home previously, but the pair never stopped until Friday. A Children and Youth Services caseworker told police the family fears for their safety and they are looking at placing the child with another family. Brownlee and Jolly are already facing charges of child endangerment after their three-year-old daughter tested positive for cocaine, according to court documents.
