Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Nicholl Lynn Cameron, 46, 146 Acme Road, Canonsburg; false statements; charged April 8, 2017; sentence – six months of probation.

Lori Patricia McLaughlin, 45, 507 Fifth St., North Charleroi; unsworn falsification; charged March 16, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Marquis Kordell Russell, 21, 611 Davis Ave., Travis Air Force Base, Calif.; two counts of harassment; charged Oct. 28; sentence – $600 fine.

Rocheisha Winters, 35, 331 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 2, Charleroi; endangering the welfare of children, simple possession and buying/exchanging federal food stamps; charged Aug. 9; sentence – two months in jail, 36 months in the intermediate punishment program and 12 months of probation.

Roxanne D. Defelice, 22, 704 Monongahela Ave., Glassport; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Oct. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Stanley Lee Toland III, 32, 1204 Speedway Ave., Apt. 1, Fairmont, W.Va.; theft and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Nov. 2; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with Fountain Quail.

Kimberly Ann Sobczak, 47, 157 First Ave., New Eagle; theft of property lost/mislaid; charged Dec. 2; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with 7 Eleven.

Gergory J. Martos, 58, 201 Locust St., Bentleyville; simple assault; charged Nov. 25; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Ashlie M. Mikush, 33, 120 Billen Ave., Monongahela; retail theft; charged Aug. 7; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Target.

Shara Lyne Dorsey, 46, 1009 N. Eighty Eight Road, Rices Landing; retail theft; charged Oct. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Matthew Raymond Muniz, 52, 1030 Vermont St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 29; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Melinie Ann Baltich, 45, 455 Lively Road, Eighty Four; two counts of retail theft; charged Oct. 1 and Nov. 4; sentence – three years of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart and Target.

Jonna Lynn Alderson, 47, 990 Broad St., Washington; retail theft and criminal trespass; charged Nov. 7 and 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and no contact with Kohl’s.

Brenda Figolah, 58, 422 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 2B, Charleroi; theft; charged Aug. 17, 2016; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with the victims.

Tedd R. Mitchell, 31, 715 W. Orlando Ave., Apt. D, Normal, Ill.; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged May 26; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail and two years of probation.

Jesse Lee Dunfee, 35, 60 Carl Ave., Lot A4, Eighty Four; flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement officer; charged Jan. 20 and June 4, 2017; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

David Paul Schmitt, 23, 955 High St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Tanger Outlets and Tommy Hilfiger stores.

Kolby Zylo, 21, 112 Wide St., Houston; criminal mischief; charged April 27, 2014; sentence – $300 fine and restitution.

Aaron Paul Dougherty, 35, 2607 Siesta Drive, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Heather Nicole Hello, 23, 400 Hancock St., Apt. 390, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, restitution and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Joshua Thomas Frame, 31, 567 Buena Vista St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 12; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Cody Don Greer, 22, 200 Deerfield Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Daniel Burnheimer, 48, 611 High St., Elizabeth; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 7; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 100 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Darryl Juan Beckner, 56, 290 Roosevelt St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 28 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jennifer Martin, 34, 89 Stewart Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver cocaine; charged Feb. 17, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Marcane D. Reed, 22, 1015 Lower Meadow Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged July 9; sentence – $300 fine.

Robin Theiss, 39, 3375 Millers Run Road, Cecil; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 4; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Matthew Donald Ross, 36, 11 Linton Road, Brownsville; flight to avoid apprehension, possession of heroin and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 100 hours of community service.

George S. Gardener, 42, 370 Maple Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged May 24, 2016; sentence – restitution.

John Dustin Donley, 27, 984 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; causing or risking catastrophe, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, false identification to a law enforcement officer, receiving stolen property and two counts of theft; charged July 7 and Sept. 6; sentence – seven years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, six years of probation, $500 fine, restitution and 100 hours of community service.
