One injured: Lorelei A. Dominquez, 42, of Wind Ridge was injured in a single-vehicle crash at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday on Route 21. State police said Dominquez’s vehicle overturned. Dominquez was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va., for treatment. She was not listed as a patient Monday, a hospital spokeswoman said.
