CUMBERLAND

Assault charge: Nicholas Fox, 47, of 288 E. Elm St., Waynesburg, was charged with simple assault and harassment after Cumberland Township police said he attacked his estranged wife, Michelle Fox, while at 136 Stringtown Road in the township on May 3.
