Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

James Kendall Stein, 26, 2211 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis; unlawful contact with a minor; charged Oct. 1, 2016; sentence – six months in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

William Henry Wellington, 54, 1010 W. Main St., Monongahela; terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault; charged Oct. 18, 2016; sentence – two years of probation, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Helen C. Marcus, 86, 15 Long St., Burgettstown; harassment and disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 18, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.

Harry Mansberger, 68, 3710 Nansemond Circle, Norfolk, Va.; unlawful contact with a minor; charged Jan. 3, 2017; sentence – six months in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Stephannie Ann Thompson, 37, 642 Daniels Run Road, Scenery Hill; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Frederick G. Zacour, 74, 30 Vertical Drive, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment; charged June 21; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim.

Charles Eric Davis, 48, 901 Marion St., New Eagle; simple assault; charged July 13; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Rose Mary Meeks, 45, 460 S. Meadowcroft Ave., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged July 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Zachery Alan Blonski, 25, 464 Cedar Drive, Coraopolis; criminal trespass and simple possession; charged Aug. 3; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Chase Alexander O’Brien, 19, 617 Lincoln St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Chad Scott Smith, 46, 500 W. Wylie Ave., Apt. 9, Washington; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged Aug. 6; sentence – seven to 23 months in jail, two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Christopher A. Huellen, 24, 513 Library Ave., Carnegie; harassment; charged March 18, 2017; sentence – 90 days of probation and no contact with the victim.

James Anthony Acconcia Jr., 52, 92 Basil Drive, Weirton, W.Va.; promoting prostitution; charged May 21, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

George Harlow Flory, 66, 2720 Tara Lane, York; criminal solicitation of child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor; charged Sept. 28; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail, five years of probation and no contact with children under the age of 18.

Cheryl Leigh Johnson, 39, 200 Shady Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 18; sentence – restitution.

Nikki Lynn Clark, 25, 28B Glad St., Daisytown; two counts of robbery; charged Oct. 8 and 10; sentence – four years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Dameon Long, 40, 331 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 3, Charleroi; criminal trespass and theft; charged Oct. 31; sentence – five to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Randy D. Wasnik, 44, 342 Weavertown Road, Canonsburg; furnishing alcohol to minors and retail theft; charged Nov. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, restitution, 20 hours of community service and no contact with Sheetz.

Richar Garay, 31, 445 NW Eighth St., Homestead, Fla.; access device fraud; charged Dec. 18; sentence – four years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims and Target.

Jaclyn Nicole Fuchick, 39, 616 River St., West Brownsville; retail theft; charged Jan. 27; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Dollar General.

Walter Lee Winland, 31, 16 Raven Drive, Canonsburg; theft; charged Nov. 13, 2016; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and restitution.

Michael Anthony Simoni, 22, 29 Maple Ave., Aliquippa; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of ScramX monitor, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kejuan Ladore Boozer, 25, 607 Best Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged May 29; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $1,000 fine.

Frank Edward Finnegan Jr., 23, 23 Burnsville Road, West Finley; driving under the influence, driving without a license and accident involving death or personal injury; charged June 12, 2015, and March 8, 2017; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, $700 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 50 hours of community service.

Chelsea Veronica Dallatore, 26, 227 Clarke Road, Claysville; delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 16, 2013, and May 20, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation and three months on electronic home monitoring.

David Andrew Tyer, 36, 60 S. Main St., Apt. 1012, Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 2, 2016; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Michael Lynch, 58, 757 Buena Vista St., Washington; access device fraud and theft; charged Sept. 3, 2016; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, 250 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Eric K. Cox, 49, 414 Bluejay Drive, Canonsburg; accident involving death or personal injury and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 13, 2017; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $200 fine, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Kimberly Ann King, 33, 16 Cross Creek Road, Avella; theft; charged May 3, 2013; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Benjamin C. Ryan, 33, 154 Goe Ave., Pittsburgh; theft by deception; charged Sept. 15, 2016; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution, 200 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Elizabeth L. Charnik, 32, 38 Homestead Drive, Avella; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, restitution, 75 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s.

Erika L. Turner, 31, 734 Horton St., Clairton; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Johnnita R. Richardson, 30, 535 W. Chestnut St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Richard Leo Gump, 52, 411 W. South St., Carmichaels; theft by deception; charged July 10; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Minteer’s Market.

Mark David Hatfield Jr., 36, 60 Gayle Drive, Washington; receiving stolen property; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Charles William McAfee, 41, 457 Ridge Road, Georgetown; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and reckless driving; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail, $200 fine and 50 hours of community service.

Robert Lee Stevens II, 34, 212 Charles St., Langeloth; simple assault; charged Jan. 3; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Casondra R. Mason, 26, 1330 Allison Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 21, 2017; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, restitution and no contact with the victims.

James P. Brady, 46, 872 State Route 231, Claysville; theft; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Brandon P. Miller, 27, 175 Church Road, Laceyville; accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Gage Carl Walls, 21, 3242 Millers Run Road, Cecil; terroristic threats; charged Jan. 17; sentence – one to 12 months in jail, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Michael A. Cain, 51, 310 Mantwell Drive, Mingo Junction, Ohio; simple assault; charged Oct. 3; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

Timothy Booker, 38, 65 Gardner St., Avella; false identification to law enforcement officer; charged Jan. 11; sentence – two to 12 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.

George Cox, 54, of Washington; terroristic threats and resisting arrest; charged March 4, 2017; sentence – 60 days in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Christopher R. Ruscello, 32, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Lot 24, Washington; retail theft; charged July 5; sentence – $100 fine and restitution.

Ronald Ansel Paith Sr., 37, 230 Crestwood Drive, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 26, 2016; sentence – five years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for a first offenss of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rrehabilitative Disposition program. If he successfully completes the program,he can petition the court to have their records expunged: Daniel Lee Doran, 27, 619 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg.
