Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
David Anthony Lingis, 39, 554 Ridgewood Drive, Fredericktown; simple assault and harassment; charged Dec. 16, 2016; sentence – one to 23 months in jail, restitution, 150 hours of community service and no contact with the victim and their family.
Latoya M. Rosiek, 33, 1 Oak St., Muse; criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Lowe’s.
Carrie Lee Riley, 37, 1215 Pineview Drive, Apt. 5, Morgantown, W.Va.; retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Lowe’s.
Kristina Deborah Davis, 34, 413 Castner Ave., Donora; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 25; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Robert Edgar Hazelbaker, 51, 133 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; simple assault; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Hannah Marie Seaman, 19, 107 Chartiers St., Strabane; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 4, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Heather Lynn Cain, 35, 45 Pitt St., Clarksville; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of endangering the welfare of children; charged Jan. 31 and April 26; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, four months on electronic home monitoring, 24 months of probation, $300 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Philip J. Martin, 32, 904 Shady Ave., Charleroi; simple possession; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kati-Robb Means, 27, 177 W. Main St., Apt. 204, Uniontown; false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged April 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, four months on electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.
Shelly L. Lawson, 45, 85 Highland Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 11; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Tynan Andrew Noakes, 24, 420 Clover St., Brownsville; forgery and three counts of simple assault; charged May 14 and Sept. 29, 2017; sentence – nine to 24 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims and Sunoco, Bentleyville.
Ashley D. Harbaugh, 34, 1013½ Lower Meadow Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 16; sentence – six months of probation.
Jason Donor Mahramus, 46, 249 Vine St., Canonsburg; criminal trespass and resisting arrest; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with The Meadows Casino.
Joseph Dennis Caputo IV, 31, 114 Fredericktown Terrace, Fredericktown; harassment; charged Oct. 21, 2017; sentence – $100 fine and no contact with the victim.

Julie L. Hitchens, 49, 705 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge; retail theft; charged April 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Rite Aid.
Preston Alexander Salisbury, 20, 375 Laurel Ridge Road, Scenery Hill; disorderly conduct; charged May 28; sentence – $300 fine.
