Two face charges: Fallon Fisher and Gary Fisher, both of 3190 Golden Oaks Road, Rogersville, each face charges after they allegedly went onto the property of David Mirkovich, 327 Sugar Run Road, Franklin, and got into a physical altercation Thursday afternoon. Fallon Fisher will be charged with harassment and criminal trespass. Gary Fisher will be charged with harassment.

JEFFERSON

Vehicle sideswiped: An oversized rig driven by Alfred B. Hobson Jr., 68, of Geneva, Ohio, failed to stay in his lane on Route 88 near Pumpkin Run Road, Jefferson, about 4 p.m. Saturday, sideswiping a vehicle driven by Carrie Ricco, 44, of Carmichaels. State police said Hobson was going north on Route 88. He will be cited for failure to stay in his lane. Neither driver was injured. The driver’s side of Ricco’s vehicle was heavily damaged and had to be towed.
