Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Ira Gibson III, 54 Murtland Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged July 16, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Deshawn Chaz Barfield, 25, 477 W. Chestnut St., Washington; resisting arrest; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Lisa Fouse, 724 Locust St., Richeyville; resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; charged April 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and $100 fine.
Anthony Mark Otlano, 33, 1903 Sleepy Hollow Road, South Park; access device fraud; charged Feb. 23; sentence – five months in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Eric Ryan Huweart, 21, 3026 Martindale Road, Scenery Hill; simple assault and harassment; charged Jan. 26; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, $300 fine and no contact with the victims.

Fluharty, 43, 690 Buena Vista St., Washington; driving with a suspended license, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property, retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged June 3, 2017; sentence – 30 days in jail, 30 months of probation, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Blake William Hoke, 32, 735 Bear Rocks Road, Mt. Pleasant; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 19, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Webster, 41, 431 Linnwood Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 9; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $300 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Christopher Macha Dolan, 32, 843 Western Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 4; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 75 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Grady Robert Voigt, 27, 51 School House Road, Claysville; driving under the influence; charged June 10; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Cynthia Sue Sirk, 57, 38 Hammond Ave., Slovan; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 30; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five months on ScramX monitor, $1,300 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Ronald Matthew Oehm, 60, 167 Union St., Bridgeville; driving under the influence; charged June 18; sentence – seven days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Rodd Ray Allison, 32, 1213 Wilna St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 20; sentence – three to six days in jail.
Akili Racheed Sutton, 39, 240 Linn Ave., Washington; resisting arrest; charged July 25; sentence – five to 23 months in jail.
Mark David Harfield Jr., 36, 35 Sturge Hollow Road, Amity; eight counts of theft by unlawful taking, charged April 15; sentence – one to two years in jail, 12 months of probation and restitution.
