CHARLEROI
Woman jailed: Amber Larae Arnold, 39, of 1013 Lower Meadow Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with possessing five bundles of heroin with intent to deliver following a raid at her residence about 7:15 p.m. Thursday, court records show. She also faces charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Raymond D. Arnold, 50, of the same address, is charged with illegal possession of a shotgun as a felon in connection with the raid. Amber Arnold was placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson. Raymond Arnold is free on $2,500 bond.
ELLSWORTH
Assault alleged: Alia Renee Stovall, 32, of 30 N. Pine St., Ellsworth, is charged by state police with simple assault and harassment, court records show. She is accused of throwing an object, possibly a mug, at Darnell Edward Simpson, causing an injury above his right eye about 1 a.m. Wednesday in her residence. District Judge Curtis Thompson signed a warrant for her arrest.
