BENTLEYVILLE

Man jailed: Raymond J. Lindquist, 64, of Skyline Drive, California Borough, is charged by Bentleyville police with being a habitual offender and driving with a suspended or revoked license stemming from a traffic stop about 5:15 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 200 block of Wilson Road, court records show. Police said Lindquist has 31 prior convictions for driving without a license. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Curtis Thompson.

CANONSBURG

Disorderly charge: Audrey Kasmarik, 51, of 400 W. Pike St., Canonsburg, was charged Wednesday by Canonsburg police with disorderly conduct after she allegedly threw a concrete rake she had taken from a crew doing concrete work at a property adjacent to her home. She almost hit one of the officers with the rake when she threw it, police said.

Package stolen: Robert Szalinski of 704 Highland Ave. told Canonsburg police a package containing an iPad Mini his wife ordered was reportedly delivered to his home, but they never got it.

CECIL

Arrested in assault: Nicholas Bittner, 36, of 411 Blue Jay Drive, Cecil, was arrested early Thursday by Cecil police on four counts of simple assault and harassment and one count of terroristic threats. He is accused of assaulting his mother, father, wife and stepson. He also allegedly threatened to assault Sgt. John Holt. Bittner was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment of a head injury. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

NORTH BETHLEHEM

Two injured in crash: Kelly Thomas, 36, of Washington, and a 2-year-old girl who was a passenger in her vehicle were injured in a one-vehicle crash on National Pike near Brady Road, North Bethlehem, about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday. State police said she was driving east when she reportedly swerved to miss a deer. Her vehicle went off the road, hit an embankment and rolled over. Thomas, who will be cited for failure to drive at a safe speed, was taken to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh. The girl was taken to Washington Hospital. Another passenger, Marcus Kramer, 21, of Washington, was placed in Washington County jail on an adult probation bench warrant.

NORTH STRABANE

One injured: Dennis Scarff, 49, of North Strabane, was injured Thursday morning in a one-vehicle crash on North Spring Valley Road near Waterdam Road, North Strabane police said. Police said his vehicle hit a tree and flipped on its roof. Township firefighters had to cut him from the wreckage, removing the roof. Police said he initially hit another vehicle and left the scene, only to return to the area. Scarff was flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with multiple injuries.

SOUTH STRABANE

Drug arrest: Joshua Charles Radomski, 33, of 355 Burton Ave., Washington, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of heroin and paraphernalia. South Strabane police were called Aug. 2 to a room at Motel 6, Motel 6 Drive, after a caller reportedly saw a man using heroin in a room. Police said Radomski had 26 bags of the suspected drug. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Wallet stolen: Shea Pryor of Houston told South Strabane police Wednesday his wallet containing his Access card, driver’s license and $20 was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at the Park ‘N Ride, East Beau Street and Clare Drive.

Tire, rim stolen: Beatrice E. Bebout of Washington told South Strabane police Wednesday a tire and rim were stolen from the trunk of her vehicle while it was parked at Sam Cohen & Sons, 1150 E. Maiden St.

WASHINGTON

Disorderly charge: Dustin Brooks, 26, of Bentleyville, was charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license after he allegedly pointed a BB gun at another driver who almost crashed into him near the intersection of Allison and Tyler avenues Wednesday.
