Contraband charge: Joshua Lee Bowser, 28, an inmate at the Greene County jail, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and contraband after state police were called to the facility in Franklin Township after guards found a white crystalline substance during a search of Bowser’s cell Sept. 14, according to court records. A field test indicated the substance was methamphetamine, police said.
