Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Mecca Lavette Vaccaro, 43, 533 Park Ave., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of retail theft; charged March 7 and 17 and April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Wine & Spirits and Family Dollar.

Minnis, 23, 59 Kopper Kettle Road, Washington; DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged March 30, 2017; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Chelsea Veronica Dallatore, 26, 255 Prigg Road, Washington; DUI; charged June 29, 2017; sentence – five days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Kara Patricia Koski, 25, 977 W. Wylie Ave., Washington; two counts of DUI; charged Aug. 6 and 21, 2017; sentence – five years and six months in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Brian Edward Keefer, 42, 104 Hibbs Drive, Brownsville; DUI and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged Sept. 16, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,800 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Jason Nathaniel Perry, 33, 194 Ellsworth St., California; criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime and four counts of retail theft; charged April 18, May 16, 22 and 24 and June 3; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, five years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim, Todd’s Beer Distributing, Rite Aid, Campy’s Pizza and Dollar General.
