Restricted parking for Cal U. parade

There will be no parking along the route of the California University of Pennsylvania homecoming parade from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday. The route is Third Street from Cal U. to Union Street to Second Street back to the university. All vehicles parked along the route will be towed at the owner’s expense.
