ALLENPORT

Pair charged: Lindsay Elizabeth Soberl, 32, and Sean Dressel, 36, both of 47 Oakwood Ave., Canton Township, are charged by Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport Regional police with theft and conspiracy, court records show. Police accuse them of stealing a china cabinet, treadmill and lawnmower between Aug. 10 and Sept. 10 before their landlord, Barry Schaum, evicted them from 114 Second St. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Thursday by summons.

CALIFORNIA

Mischief charge: Jayme Robinson, 18, of Maple Heights, Ohio, was charged last week by California police with criminal mischief after she allegedly threw rocks at a door at Vulcan Village Sept. 14, doing about $1,000 in damage. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Five charged: Michael Christopher Brown, 24, Brian Lemon Cole, 40, and Donald William Cole, 34, all of California and Malik Wade-Acie Jackson, 21, and Brandon Tyler Michaux, 25, both of Daisytown, were charged by California police with disorderly conduct stemming from a Sept. 29 fight in the 200 block of Second Street.

Disorderly house: Ryan Andrew Lloyd, 21, of Lincoln University, Chester County, was charged by California police with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance for allegedly having a loud, large party at his apartment at 650 High St. Sept. 30.

CANONSBURG

Animal cruelty charge: Leland R. Samples, 41, of 221 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, was charged this week by Canonsburg police with cruelty to animals after he allegedly grabbed a kitten that was only three or four weeks old and threw it over a seven-foot fence. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

CHARTIERS

Drug charges: Angela L. Dixon, 23, of 82-B Main St., Hickory, was charged Thursday by a Washington County Drug Task Force detective with possession and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. She is accused of selling the drug to a confidential informant at a location in Chartiers in June. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

DONORA

Woman jailed: Kristina Deborah Davis, 34, of 413 Castner Ave., Donora, was charged by borough police with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse her of having Suboxone strips without a prescription during a probation compliance check of her residence about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 3. She was placed in Washington County jail on a parole violation. Police filed the charges Thursday before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Man charged: Kevin Linnel Harris, 33, of 769 McKean Ave., Donora, was charged by borough police with possession of drug paraphernalia and providing a false identification when an officer approached him about 2:25 a.m. Monday at Second Street and Thompson Avenue, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Thursday in a summons.

MONONGAHELA

Man charged: John Alexander Bowery, 37, of 310 Eighth St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with illegal possession of firearms as a convicted felon after three rifles allegedly were found in his residence during a probation compliance check about 8:30 a.m. Sept. 28. He was placed in Washington County jail on a probation warrant. Police filed the charge Friday before District Judge Mark Wilson.

NORTH FRANKLIN

Theft charge: Rebecca Lynn Gilbert, 22, of 55 Beeson Ave., Marianna, will be charged by North Franklin police with theft after she allegedly stole $482.96 from Rite Aid, West Chestnut Street, while working at the store over the last three months. The charge will be filed at the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

NORTH STRABANE

Interstate crash: State police reported a rear-end collision involving two vehicles in the northbound lanes of Interstate 79 near mile marker 44 about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Each driver was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. The northbound interstate was closed for about 20 minutes during the crash investigation.

SOUTH STRABANE

Conspiracy, theft charges: Sabrina Lee Eisenberg, 45, of McKeesport, was arraigned Friday before District Judge Jay Weller on charges of felony retail theft and conspiracy filed by South Strabane police after she and another person allegedly stole 26 pairs of shoes from Rack Room Shoes, Tanger Outlet, Aug. 6. The shoes were valued at $879.74. Weller set bond at $10,000 on Eisenberg, who is in Allegheny County jail on other charges. Her alleged accomplice also faces charges.

WEST BETHLEHEM

Husband, wife arrested: Donald Ray Huffman, 54, and Jacqueline Lee Huffman, 53, both of 2007 Beallsville Road, Marianna, were arrested Thursday by state police after they allegedly assaulted each other at their West Bethlehem home. Both were arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of simple assault and harassment. Jacqueline Huffman was released from Washington County jail after posting $1,000 bond. Donald Huffman was jailed on $1,000 bond.
