Water system upgrades to be made in Crucible

Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on parts of Tin Can Hollow Road in Crucible from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to make system upgrades. Customers may have low to no water pressure and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the inconvenience.
