FRANKLIN

Theft charges: Michael G. Carlson, 32, of 802 Pershing Blvd., Nemacolin, was charged Oct. 4 with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and misapplication of entrusted property after state police said he used his company’s account to make nine purchases for his personal vehicle between Feb. 19 and Aug. 10 at Autozone in Franklin Township.

MORGAN

Terroristic threats: Susan Anne Sickle, 59, of 168 Pump Station Road, was charged Oct. 9 with simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats after state police said she got into an argument with her neighbors in Morgan Township over their property lines June 2. Police said Sickle threatened to kill the neighbor and his father, and then fired a weapon in the air three times.
