AMWELL
Woman arraigned: Shyenne Desaray Durbin, 22, of 185 Moninger Road, Amwell Township, is charged by state police with reckless endangerment, harassment and traffic violations, court records show. Her former boyfriend, Dylan Whithurst, accused her of attempting to use her vehicle to strike another in which he was a passenger about 6:30 p.m. Monday on Mankey Road at Moninger Road. She is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set Tuesday by District Judge Robert Redlinger.
CANTON
Harassment alleged: Janice N. Hepinger, 61, of Washington, will be charged with harassment by state police after she allegedly grabbed the hair of Barbara Williard, 61, of Washington, during an Oct. 15 confrontation at 60 Bel Air Drive, Canton.
WASHINGTON
Vehicle stolen, recovered: Vickie Marshall told Washington police Monday her 2016 Dodge Journey was stolen from outside her Maryland Avenue home. The vehicle was recovered on Shrub Avenue.
