CALIFORNIA
Drug charge: Nicole M. Davis, 32, of California, will be charged by California police with possession of heroin stemming from an Oct. 9 incident at 1241 Zulu St., California Terrace.
Charged in assault: Samantha Marie Conklin, 20, of Pittsburgh, will be charged by California police with simple assault and harassment after she allegedly assaulted another woman during a confrontation Oct. 7 at the Hockey House, Park Street.
Indecent exposure charge: Robert Paris Jr., 52, of California, will be charged by California police with indecent exposure, harassment and open lewdness after he allegedly was naked on the balcony of his residence at 234 Second St. Oct. 16.
Marijuana charge: Lajaya Winbush-Rucker, 19, of Pittsburgh, will be charged by California police with possession of marijuana after an Oct. 17 traffic stop at Green and Fourth streets.
Theft charge: Cheyenne Courine Fields, 24, of California, will be charged by California police with misdemeanor retail theft after she allegedly stole items from Kwik Fill Oct. 17.
PFA violation alleged: Sabrina Laretha Cullen, 33, of California, will be charged by California police with violating a protection-from-abuse order Sunday night at 327 Fifth St.
SOUTH STRABANE
Unauthorized use: Angela Swartz of West Mifflin told South Strabane police Tuesday her 2001 Honda SRV was taken without her permission from the lot of Firehouse Subs, 378 Washington Road. The vehicle had a Firehouse Subs sign on the roof.
