FRANKLIN

Firearm charge: Jody Allen Scott, 47, of 323 Maranda Run Road, Graysville, was charged Friday with illegal sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification after state police said he allegedly put incorrect information on an application to purchase a firearm Aug. 13 at G&H Sporting Goods at 560 W. High St. in Franklin Township.
