BLAINE
Missing girl: Tamika Lynn Little, 17, of 19 Main St., Taylorstown, was reported missing from her Blaine home Wednesday afternoon, state police said. She is white, about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 123 pounds and has brown, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She also was reported missing Aug. 25.
CANTON
Driver charged: Darren Victor Partzotozi, 40, of 151 Griffith Ave., Canton, was charged last week by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, failure to change address, leaving the scene of a crash, failure to notify police of a crash and other traffic violations. Partzotozi is accused of crashing into parked vehicles last September near his home. Police said his blood-alcohol content was more than double the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.
Drug arrest: Billy Ray Cox, 30, of 507 Wayne St., Canton, was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana and criminal use of a communications facility filed by a Washington County Drug Task Force detective. He is accused of selling the drugs to a confidential informant outside his Canton home on Oct. 20. Mark set bond at $25,000 on Cox, who has been in Washington County Jail since Aug. 27 on a parole detainer.
CHARLEROI
Two charged: Erik Sean-Michael Spaziani, 23, of 915 McKean Ave., and Colin Clancy, 18, of 524 Lincoln Ave., both of Charleroi, are each charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal attempt, court records show. Police accuse them of stealing a safe containing drug paraphernalia from a residence in the 1000 block of Upper Meadow Avenue Aug. 29 or Aug. 30. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Tuesday in summons.
CHARTIERS
Assault charge: David Lee Waychoff, 40, of Library, was charged Thursday by Chartiers police with simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting Harry Ringer Jr. on Saturday outside Ringer’s Ridge Avenue home. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.
ELLSWORTH
Driver charged: Jordan Leigh Naylor, 19, of Pleasant Hills, was charged Thursday by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, minor driving under the influence of alcohol, underage drinking, careless driving and other traffic violations stemming from a Aug. 18 traffic stop in the 100 block of Main Street, Ellsworth. A trooper was on patrol when a car traveling at a high speed crossed into his cruiser’s lane of travel around a curve. Police said Naylor was identified as the driver. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Curtis Thompson.
MARIANNA
Drug charges: Kayla Alexis Findlay, 19, of Richeyville, was charged Thursday by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after police say she was found with the suspected drug at a home in the 400 block of Third Street, Marianna, on Aug. 27. Police had been called to the home to assist with a suicidal woman. The charges were filed at the office of District Judge Curtis Thompson.
MONESSEN
Man wanted: Anthony Dodson, 43, of 100 Linden Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault and harassment over accusations he struck his wife, Ashley Gallatin, in the nose and held her to the floor of their residence about 8:50 a.m. Sunday, court records show. A senior district judge signed a warrant Wednesday for Dodson’s arrest.
NORTH BETHLEHEM
Charged in crash: Clarence Otis Lancaster, 31, of 64 Cumberland Village, Carmichaels, was charged Thursday by state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to stay in his lane, texting while driving, and careless and reckless driving in connection with a four-vehicle crash Aug. 10 in the 2000 block of East National Pike, North Bethlehem. State police said he traveled into oncoming traffic, hitting another vehicle. Lancaster allegedly told police he had taken methadone before driving and admitted to reading a text on his cellphone. Police said blood tests showed Xanax and methadone in his system. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Curtis Thompson.
WASHINGTON
Wallet stolen: Sherrane Sutton of Lincoln Terrace told Washington police Wednesday that her wallet containing $30 and her Social Security and Access cards was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the 200 block of Broad Street.
Jewelry stolen: Joyce Muto of 1290 Donnan Ave., Westgate Apartments, told Washington police Wednesday that two gold rings and a gold cross were stolen from her apartment.
Medication stolen: Marci Klinzing of Chartiers Township told Washington police that two bottles of her prescription medication were stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at the Slovak Club, 1205 Jefferson Ave., Wednesday.
