CENTERVILLE
Theft charge: Kyle Richard Baker, 22, of 1171 First St., Denbo, was charged by Centerville Borough police with unauthorized use of an access device and theft after he allegedly stole his mother’s bank card Aug. 18 and used it to buy more than $80 worth of cigarettes at a gas station.
DONORA
Threats alleged: Anthony J. Dixon, 56, of 607 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse him of threatening to shoot everyone inside a personal care home in the 700 block of McKean Avenue about 4 p.m. Aug. 22. He also is accused of returning to the business about an hour later and making similar threats. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Friday in a summons.
Robbery alleged: Lawrence Martin, 56, of 521 McKean Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with robbery, reckless endangerment, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse him of stealing $80 from Cathy Kelly after he walked into her residence in the 400 block of Murray Avenue waving a small firearm about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. He also allegedly attempted to steal a vehicle at that location from Ashley Rager. District Judge Mark Wilson signed a warrant Wednesday for Martin’s arrest.
Woman charged: Sadie Jade Fromlak, 23, of 325 Perry Ave., Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse her of having heroin paraphernalia in a diaper bag near two children during a traffic stop about 4:30 p.m. Aug. 26 on Palmer Park Road. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.
Drug charges: Samuel Sethman, 42, of 47 Mathews Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by borough police with possessing a small amount of crack and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop about 9:45 p.m. Aug. 3 on the Donora-Monessen Bridge, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.
MONESSEN
Man jailed: Jesse Wamsley, 37, of 700 Leeds Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with furnishing drug-free urine after he supplied tap water during a state parole drug test about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Monessen police station, 239 Donner Ave., court records allege. He was placed in Westmoreland County jail on $5,000 bond set the following day by Senior District Judge Herbert G. Mitchell Jr.
Assaults alleged: Bryan Delong Schaeffer, 42, of 210 Tyrol Boulevard, Monessen, and Kaylee Wickerham, 21, also of Monessen, are each charged by city police with simple assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, court records show. Police accuse Schaeffer of punching Alyssa Wickerham in the mouth while she was holding an infant about 9:15 p.m. Sept. 1 in their residence. During the argument, Kaylee Wickerham allegedly grabbed the child by the jaw and throat. The accused are free on $5,000 unsecured bonds set Tuesday by Senior District Judge Herbert G. Mitchell Jr.
Theft, assault alleged: Broderick Crawford, 63, of Charleroi, is charged by city police with theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Crawford of stealing a vehicle belonging to a victim identified only as Brown in court documents after he hit her in the face, causing her to fall from a stool in a bar in the 100 block of Donner Avenue about 9:15 p.m. Sept. 1. He is free on $50,000 unsecured bond set the following day by District Judge Charles R. Conway.
N. BELLE VERNON
Woman jailed: Maria Renee Molesky, 41, of 319 Market St., Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with possessing eight stamp bags of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction, loitering and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police said an officer found the drugs in a vehicle in which she was a passenger when it was stopped about 12:10 a.m. Wednesday on Brown Street. Molesky allegedly fled on foot from the vehicle and was taken into custody following a brief foot chase. She was placed in Westmoreland County jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Jason Buczak.
WASHINGTON
Assault charge: John Pawlish, 28, of 350 McKinley, Washington, was charged by Washington police with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment following an incident at his residence early Friday. Police said Pawlish grabbed a 25-year-old Washington woman, ripping the buttons from her sweater, and dragged her by her hair through the house and outside about 1:45 a.m. Pawlish was arraigned Friday morning by District Judge Ethan Ward and jailed on $25,000 bond.
Assault charge: Michael Montgomery, 35, of 720 N. Main St., Washington, was charged by Washington police with sexual assault and open lewdness after he allegedly exposed himself to an 18-year-old woman at his residence Thursday night. Police said the woman was using a communal bathroom in the apartment building when Montgomery entered, shut the door and locked it. He allegedly told the woman he was “horny,” before pulling his pants down, exposing himself to her, the criminal complaint said. Police said the woman yelled at him, and he pulled his pants up, said “I’m sorry,” and fled. When police returned to the residence later that night, Montgomery allegedly told them, “I messed up” and “I said I was sorry.” Montgomery was arraigned by District Judge Ethan Ward Friday morning and jailed on $50,000 bond.
Weapons found: A Washington resident doing street work in the 1400 block of Allison Avenue reported to police Thursday he had found a black bag containing guns in a bush behind a garage. Police said one of the two pistols had no record, and the other had been stolen in Peters Township. Police said neither of the guns was loaded, but there were dozens of bullets with them. Police logged them into evidence.
