Pat Fitch, a Greene County assistant district attorney and former U.S. Secret Service agent, will serve as the keynote speaker for Tuesday morning’s 9/11 remembrance service in Carmichaels. The ceremony will be held in the borough square, which will close at 8:30 a.m.
