Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Damond Greg Goggins, 44, 709 Heslep Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 31, 2017; sentence – six to 23 months in jail.
Gene E. Trozzo, 46, 325 Main St., Richeyville; delivery of a controlled substance; charged March 22, 2017; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Andre Mozeal Gomez, 39, 124 Main St., Pricedale; criminal trespass; charged Sept. 4, 2017; sentence – $300 fine and no contact with Highland Terrace, Donora.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
