Driver identified in West Finley crash
State police have identified the driver injured when his tanker truck hit a tree Monday in West Finley Township as John Lugio of Graysville, Ohio. He was driving the sludge truck for Quickshot Trucking of Waynesburg, Ohio. The crash occurred at 3:40 a.m. when Lugio’s vehicle ran off the road in a curve and hit the tree. He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh. The Washington County Hazardous Materials Team was called to clean up spilled fuel.
