Open Lewdness: Amber Lynn Crawford, 34, of 260 W. High St., Waynesburg was charged by state police Tuesday with open lewdness and disorderly conduct for an incident Aug. 4 at the Waynesburg Water Park in which she allegedly engaged in lewd or sexual conduct with a man. Police said Crawford was observer at about 6 p.m. sitting on top of the male in the corner of the pool, “making out,” while other patrons and children were present. Several patrons offended by the act alerted the head lifeguard who asked Crawford and the man to leave the premises, police said. The lifeguard told police that as she approached the couple she noticed the man’s pants were partially down. Crawford later admitted to police her actions might have been inappropriate but said the couple were not having sex. She provided police with only partial information on the man’s identity.
