Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Victoria Lynn Myers, 58, 206 Bench Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Margaret Louise Humbert, 49, 220 Hutchinson Ave., Apt. B12, Canonsburg; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $2,800 fine, 33-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Christopher Joseph Gooch, 35, 6 E. Grant St., Houston; driving under the influence; charged March 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Joseph Edward Knisely, 27, 1128 Venetia Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged March 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
