Fort Pitt Tunnel restrictions planned

The outbound lanes of the Fort Pitt Tunnel in Pittsburgh will be closed from 9 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday.

All outbound traffic will be detoured. Police officers will be posted at key intersections on the detour route.
