Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:
Timothy Jay Walker Sr., 52, 138 Main St., Apt. 1, Claysville; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 7, 2017; sentence – 72 hours in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Dillian Michael Depaoli, 22, 305 Vogliano St., Meadow Lands; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Nicholas Ryan Field, 29, 54 Temperance Way, Apt. 4, California; three counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 6 and Jan. 17 and 20; sentence – four months in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, four years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.
James Andrew Wright, 41, 321 Beallsville Road, Lot 26, Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged March 4; sentence – 10 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Douglas Edward Allen, 34, 830½ Addison St., Washington; three counts each of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license and one count of driving without registration; charged Sept. 4 and Nov. 27, 2017, and Feb. 7; sentence – 15 years in the intermediate punishment program, 5½ years on electronic home monitoring, $20,025 fine, 8½-year driver’s license suspension, 36 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Brittany Daniell Holmes, 22, 500 W. Wylie Ave., Apt. 6, Washington; simple assault; charged July 2; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
