State system chancellor to visit Cal U.

Dr. Daniel Greenstein, chancellor of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education, will be the speaker at two public events April 24 at California University of Pennsylvania.

At 11 a.m., Greenstein will attend the Strike a Spark conference in the Convocation Center. He will deliver the keynote address at Cal U.’s fifth annual showcase of student and faculty research, scholarship and creative activity. Organized by the Center for Undergraduate Research, the poster displays and performances are open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At 1 p.m., there will be a Chancellor’s Open Forum in the Performance Center. Greenstein will discuss the ongoing State System redesign, then take audience questions. Community members are welcome, along with Cal U. students, faculty and staff.
