Carmichaels Area High School’s Seventh Annual Art Show will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. May 2 in the high school cafeteria. The event is open to the public and free to attend.

Nearly 300 original works of art created by students will be exhibited including ceramics, sculpture, paintings, drawings, printmaking and mixed media.

“The students’ best work from throughout the school year is saved for the art show,” said Marlynn White, Carmichaels Area High School art teacher. “I’m so proud of what they accomplished and it’s exciting to put it on display for the public to view.”
