Women wanted in Cokeburg burglary, assault
COKEBURG – An Ellsworth woman and another from Westmoreland County are wanted in connection with a burglary and assault last year in Cokeburg.
District Judge Curtis Thompson on Wednesday signed warrants for the arrests of Crystal Melody Rozik, 25, of 1 Juniper St., Ellsworth, and Natasha Marina Partee, 32, of Southwest Greensburg, court records show.
State police accuse the women of entering the Franklin Street residence of Emily Nichole Yohe about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 1 without her permission, the records show.
Yohe told police Partee asked her if she was going to go outside to talk about a problem.
Yohe said she ordered Partee out of her house, at which time Partee grabbed her hair, slammed her face into an armrest and struck her several times with a closed fist, police said in charging documents.
Yohe also told police that Rozik stood by a window during the assault, and that Rozik had been harassing her earlier in the day.
Both suspects are facing charges of burglary, simple assault and harassment. Rozik also is being charged with conspiracy.
