Man cited: State police said they intended to cite a man on a summary count of harassment following an incident Tuesday evening, when he allegedly pushed the victim down and got on top of him. The incident reportedly occurred on Fairmont Church Road. Police said the citation would be filed in District Judge Ethan Ward’s office.
