CHARTIERS

Theft: Complete Energy Service Inc., 602 Pike St., reported to township police Monday morning $4,000 worth of pipes and fittings, $400 in stainless steel pipe and between 80 and 90 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen over last weekend. 

MONESSEN

Assault alleged: Zachary Louis Martin, 23, of 410 Second St., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault, making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Martin of threatening to kill Michael Dragicevich with a knife after using the weapon to stab an air mattress the alleged victim was using as a bed during an incident in their residence about 10 a.m. Monday. A senior district judge issued the charges Thursday in a summons.

ROSTRAVER

Pet neglect alleged: Glenn Coleman, 57, of 1281 Ridge Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by Rostraver police with neglect of animals over allegations he left a dog and several cats on his porch with frozen water about 7:40 p.m. Nov. 28, court records show. The animals were seized by a kennel. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charge Wednesday in a summons.
