Package stolen: Tara Lashelle Hall, 37, of 312 Tollgate Road, Waynesburg, was charged with burglary, trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property after Waynesburg police said she entered an apartment complex at 76 E. High St. in the borough Jan. 29 and stole a package containing a backpack worth $62 placed at a doorstep by a deliveryman.
