BENTLEYVILLE

Driver charged: Miriah Bedillion, 20, of New Salem, is charged by borough police with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, careless and reckless driving and driving without a license or insurance, court records show. Police accuse her of jumping from the driver’s seat of a moving vehicle, allowing it to travel down Hazel Street with a passenger, Hunter Pike, who was injured upon jumping out of the vehicle about 6:45 p.m. Jan. 22. The vehicle struck a tree and fence. Pike and Bedillion were treated for injuries at a hospital. District Judge Curtis Thompson issued the charges Thursday in a summons.

CANONSBURG

Drug case: Latoya M. Rosiek, 33, of 208 Coulter St., Bridgeville, is charged by borough police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse her of having a bag of crack and a small amount of cocaine during a traffic stop about 9 p.m. April 6 in the 100 block of McClelland Road. District Judge David Mark issued the charges Thursday in a summons.

CANTON

Man wanted: Charles Edward Riggs III, 30, who was last known to live in Waynesburg, is charged by state police with drug delivery and drug possession stemming from allegations he sold a confidential informant working with police 10 stamp bags of heroin in a parking lot off the Jessop Street exit from Interstate 70 about 10 p.m. July 17, 2016, court records show. District Judge David Mark signed a warrant Thursday for Riggs’ arrest.

Assault arrest: Donald E. Gray, 605 McCarrell Ave., Apt. 2, Washington, faces charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, theft and harassment filed by state police after he allegedly assaulted Tina Gray at their home Tuesday night. The woman told police they had been drinking when an argument started and she began to record it with her cellphone. Donald Gray allegedly threw a flashlight at her, hitting her in the hand, shoved her onto the bed, threatened to kill her and pushed her head into the mattress until he could grab her phone, according to court documents. He left the home with her cellphone, police said. He was arrested a short time later at another Canton residence and arraigned before District Judge David Mark, who sent him to Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.

HANOVER

Man jailed: Township police charged Joshua T. Warrick, 18, of Route 18 with aggravate assault of an unborn child, burglary, strangulation, criminal trespassing and simple assault. Police said Warrick allegedly broke into his pregnant ex-girlfriend’s house on Stuebenville Pike on Thursday morning and then choked her, punched her in the leg and slapped her in the face during an argument. The victim locked herself and her one-year-old daughter in a different room and called 911. The couple had broken up the night before. Records show Warrick was in the Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.

MONESSEN

Threats charge: Harry R. Ringer Jr., 37, of 693 Ridge Ave., Canonsburg, faces charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and transmitting obscene images after he allegedly sent Adrian Custer of 205 Reed Ave. threatening text messages and explicit photos of a woman, according to court documents. The charges will proceed by summons.

Woman charged: Kara Rae Prentice, 28, of 215 Water St., Belle Vernon, is charged by township police with possessing eight stamp bags of heroin, felony retail theft, criminal attempt, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police said the charges stem from an attempt to return stolen items to Walmart, 100 Sara Way, about 4:40 p.m. Jan. 13. A senior district judge in Monessen issued the charges in a summons Tuesday.

WASHINGTON

ATM damaged: Thomas J. Petrola, 31, of 1450 Allison Ave., was charged Thursday by Washington police with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged the keypad of an automated teller machine at Washington Financial Bank, 98 E. Wylie Ave., on Feb. 15, court documents indicated. The charge will proceed by summons.

Criminal trespass: Ryan P. Moye, 18 Oak St., faces charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct filed Thursday by Washington police after he allegedly kicked in the front door at the home of Chanel Allen, 70 E. Katherine Ave., and made threats to her on Feb. 15, court documents indicate. The charges will proceed by summons.
