Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Amber Marie Pople, 26, 295 Donnan Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Robert Henry Painter, 51, 316 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville; conspiracy to commit simple assault and disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 29, 2017; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Michael John Kissel III, 53, 570 S. Clewell St., Bethlehem; unlawful contact with a minor; charged Nov. 15, 2017; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Alyssa A. Caltuna, 29, 1167 First St., Denbo; disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license; charged April 18; sentence – $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Byron Scott Pate, 27, 218 Broadway Ave., Oak Hill, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged March 14; sentence – $300 fine.

Christopher Shawn Friend, 36, 306 S. Virginia Ave., Mt. Hope, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged March 14; sentence – $300 fine.

Brian Joshua Porter, 31, 621 Lincoln St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jamar Floyd Davis, 611 Spruce St., Canonsburg; retail theft; charged June 22; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Home Depot.

Scott Allen Fisher, 50, 817 River Road, La Belle; possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, four months on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Douglas E. Allen, 34, 830½ Addison St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Cody Ray Jenkins, 23, 226 Keys Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged May 29; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring, one month on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:

Kenneth Allen Finney, 39, 27 Laurel Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and driving under the influence; charged June 18 and July 6, 2016, and Feb. 17, 2017; sentence – one to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Tanisha Renee Johnson, 23, 515 Henderson Ave., Apt. A, Washington; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 11 and 22 and Oct. 1 and 19, 2016; sentence – six to 22 months in jail.

Tammy L. Yakubec, 44, 413 Meadowbrook Road, Waynesburg; possession of a controlled substance, access device fraud and driving with a suspended license; charged April 28 and July 11, 2017; sentence – 24 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 100 hours of community service.

Dana Marie Perdue, 48, 1164 Shadycrest Drive, Pittsburgh; theft of leased property; charged April 7, 2017; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Robert J. Gallo, 33, 56 Highland Hills Drive, Apt. 10, Follansbee, W.Va.; two counts of simple assault; charged April 15, 2017; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Storee Marie Robinson, 32, 901 Plummer School Road, West Newton; false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged April 21, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and $500 fine.

Tyler Orgovan, 22, 45 Colony Road, Burgettstown; disorderly conduct; charged July 14, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Brandon E. Leek, 34, 155 Springfield Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; resisting arrest; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Megan Monroe, 34, 250 Roosevelt St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 17, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Dale J. Boris, 57, 119 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; two counts of retail theft; charged Nov. 21 and 24, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle and Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits, both in McDonald.

Michael Joseph Doody, 23, 1210 Cochran Road, Pittsburgh; theft; charged Jan. 31; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Sequoya Detwiler, 30, 217 Ohio St., Pricedale; disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 25, 2017; sentence – three to seven days in jail and $200 fine.

Michael Natale, 47, 5 First St., Houston; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property; charged March 6; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.

Jeremiah Andrew Williamson, 19, 10 Courtright St., Pittsburgh; burglary, receiving stolen property and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged Feb. 14 and April 12; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution, 200 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Christopher Michael Dulgokeci, 42, 29 Hill St., Avella; driving with a suspended license and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged March 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.

Brian Crumrine Jr., 35, 317 Locust Ave., Washington; sale or transfer of firearms and simple assault; charged April 18 and July 1; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.

Christopher S. Hill, 34, 801 Eldersville Road, Burgettstown; hindering apprehension or prosecution and driving without a license; charged July 31; sentence – 12 months of probation and $25 fine.

Earl Joseph Phillips II, 30, 752 Duncan Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Aug. 10; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

Melissa Amelia Zelenka, 36, 225 Laurie Lane, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
